Hyatt Regency Crystal City

Awardees and their guests will be staying at:

One room has been reserved for each awardee for the nights of May 16 through May 19, 2011(four nights). Check-in time is 3 p.m., and check-out time is 12 noon. Be advised that rooms may not be available for early check-in if you are arriving prior to 3 p.m. However, the hotel will store luggage for a few hours.

Each awardee's hotel room charge for the four-night stay, including tax, will be on a master account. At check-in, the hotel will require that you present a credit card or a $50 per day deposit for miscellaneous expenses. Charges for additional rooms, additional nights, telephone, laundry, room service, room upgrades, accompanying guest expenses, or other incidentals are the responsibility of the awardee and must be paid before checking out of the hotel.

When you register, please indicate your room types (Double Bed or King). Maximum occupancy is 4 persons (including children). Selecting your room type is not a guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your request. However, if you have a special need that requires you to have a specific room type, please let us know and we will make every effort to meet your request.

On the online registration form, please indicate any special accommodations you require to facilitate your full participation in recognition program activities. 

Extended Stays

Awardees may request lodging for nights after May 19. Costs incurred for additional nights are the responsibility of the awardee, unless NSF agrees to cover additional nights for extenuating circumstances. All extended stay requests must be made at the time of registration. Extra rooms or additional nights are $211 per night plus 14.5 percent local tax. The hotel is offering a special weekend rate for awardees looking to extend their trip at $99 per night. These rooms are available Friday, May 20 – Sunday, May 22 in limited quantities and are available on a first come-first serve basis.

Guests and Additional Attendees

Guests are invited to attend certain events with the awardees as noted in the event program. Awardees may request additional room reservations for extra attendees (beyond the one guest) at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City. Awardees must make the room request with ICF Macro and pay the hotel directly at checkout.
