After checking in to the Willard InterContinental Hotel, awardees and their guests must also check in with the Recognition Program staff (ICF Macro), who will be providing onsite support for the four-day event. The recognition program registration desk will be open from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Monday, January 4, 2010. Awardees and their guests are expected to check in within this time period.
IMPORTANT: Awardees and their guests (when invited) will be required to present a government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver's license or passport) to enter several of the secured government buildings, where recognition program activities will be held. When you register online you will need to provide a government-issued ID number (e.g., driver's licence number) for both yourself and your guest.
Please note: The ID number you provide when registering online must be the same ID number you plan to use during the four-day event.
