After checking in to the Hyatt Regency Crystal City, awardees and their guests must also check in with the Recognition Program staff (ICF Macro), who will be providing onsite support for the four-day event. The recognition program registration desk will be open from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Tuesday, May 17. Awardees are expected to check in within this time period.
As a Reminder: Your possession (and your guests' possession) of a valid government-issued photo ID number throughout the week is absolutely necessary. You must use the ID provided for security clearance.
Acceptable forms of identification for US citizens or permanent residents:
- Valid Government issued United States drivers license
- Valid Government issued United States identification card
- Valid United States or other official government issued passport
- Valid United States State Department Diplomatic ID
- Valid Personal Identity Verification (PIV) card
Acceptable foreign national visitor identification:
- Foreign visitors must present their passport.
- If the individual does not have a passport, a valid US State Department Diplomatic ID will be accepted.
Please be prepared to present the government-issued photo ID you registered with at the PAEMST Registration Desk when you arrive AND throughout the week.
