Being honored with the Presidential Award is a mark of distinction that brings with it the responsibility to continue to provide and support excellence in mathematics education. I am looking forward to the doors that this award will open in the future and welcome new opportunities to improve upon my craft. I am honored to accept this award and to represent the tremendously talented and supportive individuals who have played significant roles in shaping the educator I am today.
