This award excites me beyond words. I always strive to be the best teacher that I can be, for I know that in the long run it truly benefits my students. I want my students not only to be successful but to achieve at levels they thought to be impossible. I have received other awards, but this one best reflects how I endeavor to be as a teacher. Then to be recognized for my efforts at the national level for what I love to do is truly an honor.
