Each nominee's photograph will be taken on Monday for media purposes and for a memory book, which will be distributed within 60-90 days. A select number of awardees will be interviewed on video by the program's public relations staff. There will be a staff office and an information desk set up throughout the week to facilitate interviews with local media outlets for the nominees. The staff office will be open at 9 a.m. on Monday, April 28.
